Gail Gruener is the Director of Supply Chain for Moeller Aerospace, which specializes in the manufacture of precision machined components for gas turbine engines in the aerospace, industrial, and power-gen industries. In her role, she is leading the supply chain organization by forging relationships across the supply base and establishing processes that control cost and minimize lead time to protect sales targets and drive velocity through the value stream. Her previous roles include Director of Marketing and Director of Program Management.
Early in her career she had the unique opportunity of working as a Flight Controller for NASA’s Space Shuttle Program at the Johnson Space Center where she contributed to the success of 16 high-profile missions. Since then, she worked for Boeing as a Project Engineer for the V-22 Osprey Tilt-Rotor Aircraft program delivered to the US Marine Corps and US Air Force. She also led the planning and execution of multiple vehicles launches at final assembly plants across the country as a Launch Manager for Ford Motor Company.
Gail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
