Bubba Long is an experienced aerospace leader with more than 30 years of experience in operations including assembly, fabrication, bonding, engineering, tool design, planning, facilities, supply chain, and quality. He is currently Executive Vice President of AIT and has responsibilities for all the manufacturing, quality and supply chain operations for the company’s four manufacturing locations. Prior to his current role Bubba was President of Triumph Aerostructures, producing the Boeing 747 fuselage and empennage, and the Boeing 767 Wing Center Section, 48 section, and horizontal stabilizers. In these and other leadership roles, Bubba was tasked with diverse tasks including turning around floundering product lines, closing old facilities while starting up a new greenfield facility and negotiating with unions.
